Welcome to the diagnostic booking platform of Medlabs. By creating booking records, uploading Aadhaar scans, accepting digital consent agreements, and proceeding with transaction checkouts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Accuracy: Patients must supply accurate names, contact emails, active telephones, age, and gender matching official government records (Aadhaar).
2. Time Slots Limits: Appointments are assigned strictly based on timing capacities configured dynamically by the clinic administrator.
3. Clinic Holidays: Booking preferences on blocked dates/holidays or Sundays are dynamically blocked to protect rest schedules.
1. Doorstep Home Collection: Selecting doorstep sample collection subjects the booking to the dynamic home collection fee configured by the clinic.
2. Address Mandate: Patients selecting home sample collect mode must supply complete address details. Phlebotomists operate within standard clinical times and are backed by temperature sample storage packaging.
Selected clinical procedures require official government identity uploads. All uploaded files are moved immediately into dynamic encryption vaults. Patients agree that clinical testing requires verified credentials and clinical consent waivers checking.
1. Checkout Channels: Payments are processed via secure Razorpay checkout portals, Manual UPI QR code transfers (UTR validation required), or Cash on Delivery (COD) paid directly to phlebotomists.
2. Verification: Manual transfers require standard reference verification. Refunds or rescheduling claims must be presented directly to our helpdesk at +91 98663 21888.
